I started my yoga journey in high school and my practice became my refuge in graduate school. I connected to the idea that there was a way to physically express whatever I was feeling, the ability to be slow and graceful in the midst of internal and external chaos, and the inner solace and much needed rest that came with each svasana.

In 2020, I earned my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate and began teaching community based classes, beach yoga, and classes in studio and virtually. I believe yoga can be a complement to anyone’s journey and I believe in meeting every person’s body where they are at. I teach private yoga classes to groups or individuals.
